First, please check your spam folder, as the tracking email may have ended up there!
The order confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. If you haven’t received it and your bank or PayPal account has not been charged, it means your order was not successfully placed.
If your account has been charged but you haven’t received a confirmation email, you can track your order at any time by following these steps:
- My Account
Go to your My Account section. - My Orders
Click on the My Orders tab, then select your order number. - Track My Order
You can follow its progress by clicking the ‘Track Package’ button.
During sales periods or holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer, thank you for your understanding.
