- Colissimo: Two home delivery attempts are made. If you are absent, the parcel will be deposited at your local post office and held for 15 days. After this period, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you within the 5-10 business days to arrange a new shipment.
- DHL Express: If you are absent, the package will be automatically delivered to a DHL pickup point.
