Returns are free of charge within France.

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
• Cleaning fees may be deducted if the item is not fit for resale.
• If you wish to return your entire order and it included a complimentary Beverly tote bag or any other Louise Misha gift, please make sure to return it as well, otherwise it will be charged (Bevery tote bag: €34).

To initiate a return Please use this form and follow the process. 

You do not need a customer account to make a return; the order number and the email used for the purchase are sufficient.

Special conditions

• Purchases made at Galeries Lafayette or through one of our reseller must be returned directly to the store.
• For returns within France, we cover one free return per order. Any additional returns from the same order will be at your charge.
