• The average time between dropping off your return and receiving your refund is 10 to 15 business days. This timeframe may be longer during intense periods such as sales or archive sales.
• Once your return is received by our logistics team, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
  

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. The refund will appear in your bank account under ‘MA Factory’.

You used our payment platform for France, Alma Pay

Alma Pay refunds the installments that have already been paid, while the remaining installments will simply be canceled. The refund you receive in your bank account following the return will therefore not correspond exactly to the value of the returned item(s), but to the adjusted installment amounts.

Example: For a €300 purchase made on July 3rd in three installments, you would pay the following: €100 paid at the time of the order on July 3rd, followed by two installments of €100 on August 3rd and September 3rd. If on July 20th we refund part of this order for €250, the refund will be handled as follows: the two installments due on August 3rd and September 3rd are canceled, and you will receive a refund of €50 only.
