• Order status: Shipped

It is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address for an order that has already been shipped. We recommend double-checking the delivery address before confirming your order and regularly verifying that the saved addresses in your account are up to date.

• Order being prepared

Once your order is confirmed, we have very little time to modify the delivery address. If you notice an error in your address, you can send us a message with “Urgent + order number” in the subject line via the contact form or directly to [email protected]

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

⚠️ If you change the delivery address in your personal account after placing an order, the new address will only apply to your next orders.
